Briya Todd is the Executive Associate at GSD, where she supports strategic operations and ensures seamless coordination across GSD and GovAct.

She brings a strong foundation in digital organizing, political fundraising, and youth engagement, with a proven track record of advancing mission-driven work through innovative and community-centered approaches.

Before joining GSD, Briya played a pivotal role in leading multimillion-dollar digital outreach and fundraising initiatives at, helping to mobilize millions of voters and amplify grassroots engagement. She has also spearheaded youth-focused programs, coordinated volunteer networks, and built coalitions to expand civic participation among underrepresented communities in non-profit organizations. Briya graduated in the top ten of her class from Spelman College with a B.A. in Political Science. A recipient of the U.S. Department of State Gilman Scholarship and United Nations fellowship, Briya has a strong commitment to public service, equity, and global citizenship. She remains actively involved in her community, supporting initiatives that empower others and drive systemic change.
